2. Description of Services

Glow Health & Aesthetics is a doctor-led aesthetic medicine practice. Treatments are prescribed and performed by Dr Claudia Mendonça, in clinic at the V&A Waterfront or as a mobile service. Our services include:

• Medical consultations with a registered doctor
• Injectable treatments, intravenous vitamin therapy, skin boosters and biostimulators
• Doctor-supervised medical weight-loss programmes
• Personalised treatment plans, aftercare and follow-up

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking and Consultations

Scheduling: Consultations are scheduled based on availability. By booking a consultation, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may reschedule or cancel a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the consultation.

No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in a charge for the full consultation fee.

Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your consultation may be shortened to accommodate the original time slot. Full fees still apply.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices for consultations and services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your booking is the one displayed at the time of confirmation.

Payment methods: We accept card, EFT and cash. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Refunds: Refund eligibility is detailed in our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds are not provided for completed consultations, but exceptions may apply in cases of service issues attributable to Glow Aesthetics.

Taxes: All applicable taxes are included in or added to the displayed price as required by law.

5. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Treat our staff and specialists with respect and courtesy
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

Important: Glow Health & Aesthetics is a medical practice. Consultations, injectable treatments, intravenous therapy and weight-loss programmes are medical procedures, prescribed and performed by a doctor registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.

Information published on this website is general in nature and is not a substitute for an individual consultation. No treatment is guaranteed to produce a particular result. Every procedure carries risks and possible side effects, which will be explained to you before you give informed consent.

You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or sensitivities relevant to your consultation. Glow Aesthetics is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information or pre-existing conditions.

If you experience an adverse reaction following treatment, contact the practice immediately, and seek emergency care if your symptoms are severe.
