Both. IV drips can be delivered at your home or hotel anywhere in Cape Town, or you can be seen in clinic at the V&A Waterfront (Portswood Ridge).

For the medical weight-loss programme, yes: an initial consultation and blood tests are mandatory before any prescription, and your plan and pricing are set individually. For other treatments, message on WhatsApp and Claudia will tell you what your goal needs.
Dr Claudia Mendonca, a medical doctor. She trained at Groote Schuur Hospital and worked in emergency and family medicine before moving into aesthetic and regenerative medicine.
IV vitamin drips start at R1,500 per session and a consultation is R750. Botulinum toxin is priced per unit, so you only pay for what you use. The full 2026 price list is on the Prices page.
